Notes de dégustation | The first nose is spicy, on thyme and basil, then evolves on a mineral and fruity register. The palate is both opulent, fat, but dry and frank, so without heaviness, with a fine bitterness on the finish |

Commentaires | The grapes come only from our vines in Sovana, raised in Guyot and Cordon de Royat, on tufa lands. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand and then vinified separately. Production of 5,000 bottles |
